Logan holds a wealth of knowledge! I was driving my f-350 pulling an enclosed trailer moveing my Daughter and Son in law from Oregon to Texas and during a stop in Twin Falls I did something stupid! I accidentally put non-ethanol in my def tank. I called a few shops in town. One said two weeks out, while another said they couldn’t help me. Logan got me going the same day! Professional work you can trust in!

My wife and I were travelling from Portland to Bullfrog Marina Utah when the AC in my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 died. I was near Twin Falls and this was during a heatwave. Even though I was on a tight schedule, I wanted to get the problem fixed to make the rest of the trip more comfortable. Luckily, even though he had just broken his arm, Logan was able to see me right away. My AC compressor has died. Logan ordered the part and while he was at the hospital getting his arm set, Terry was able to get me back on the road that night. Thanks for doing a great job and being so helpful!

My daughter was traveling from Utah to Nampa, when she stopped at a gas station by Twin Falls her brake system light came on and she lost her brake system. This was on a Saturday night, called Logan on Sunday and he was able to get it in his shop and worked on it all day, finished the work in one day. Logan helped me out in a huge way! The day after I contacted him about a check engine light on my car I was able to swing by so he could check the data. We sat in the car for a few minutes viewing the data and discussing solutions. I was scared that I was going to be looking at a huge bill to replace timing chains and he was pretty certain that I just needed to replace the spark plugs, honestly I didn't think that was going to be the fix. Long story short, I stopped and picked up a set of plugs and replaced them myself and my car is running great! Logan saved me a buttload of money, earned my trust and my future business. Logan and his team are lifesavers. My family and I were on a multistate road trip and then car issues developed late on a Saturday. Logan took a late Saturday call, came in early (8am) on a Sunday (when most mechanics are closed), managed to get another client to bring a part from my car from over three hours away, and spent all day (until 10:30pm) making sure my car was road safe. His service was professional, hard working, and more than fairly charged. He also checked in a few weeks later to make sure we got home safe. My family and I appreciate you guys and can't say enough good things about you all.

I was desperate to get my van fixed after the transmission line blew on a Friday afternoon, and my friend had just flown out to visit me (camper van, road trip planned, limited window of time). After dealing with tows and temp fixes Friday night, Saturday morning I called around and luckily found Logan 1. open on a weekend 2. had time that morning. So we boogied from Hailey to Twin Falls on a prayer, left the van for a few hours (s/o Norm’s Family Diner), and by 4pm we were ready to go. Saved! Tl;Dr honest, fair, competent and will not over charge you. Imagine your on your way home from Utah to Idaho, and your car behind to spurt, chug and feel lines it missing something every time you go up a hill, or just accelerate! And then the dreaded 'check engine' light pops on. That's what was happening to me. I pulled in to an auto parts store to get my engine codes read. Discovered I had a bad ignition coil. Called Logan at the automotive shop on a Sunday! At 3pm! And he said, "come on over, let's get it fixed"!! And he did, and for an extremely fair price. He was kind and professional to me and to my family. He got us back on the road as good or better in no time at all. Highly recommend.

I had never been more terrified. My car sounded like I was pulling the biggest metal piece down the road and then it started clunking. My cereal was shaking. I couldn’t go over 40 mph from Hagerman Idaho to Twin Falls. It was a Sunday so I was super scared there would be no one open, I did a Google search there were two shops open, but I already had my maps to take me to the automotive shop. Logan was the kindest, most honest mechanic I’ve ever met in my life. I’m a service advisor by trade so I know what I’m talking about.. he didn’t overcharge me when he very well could have if you’re ever in a jam and need a mechanic and Twin Falls I highly suggest the automotive shop and have Logan be your mechanic not only is he fantastic but his dog is absolutely perfect. I’ve never met a more well mannered dog in my whole life, you for all your help I greatly greatly appreciate you
